Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer ordering from within the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in line with EU consumer protection law. This period begins on the day you (or a third party named by you) take possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us — Männermehrwert GmbH, [email protected] — of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form your order confirmation links to, but it is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal: if you withdraw, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Please note that for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once the seal is broken — see the details on your order confirmation for the specific product you purchased.
